Austin real estate investment specialists will be featured on national TV’s Flip That House.

It’s not just temperatures that are sizzling in Central Texas. While real estate in the rest of the country cools down, investment deals are still hot here in Central Texas – and the Copeland Group at Keller Williams is fired up and leading the way.

Flip That House is a highly successful real estate investing reality show from TLC, a cable TV network available in 97 million homes. Filming began last week on one of the Copeland Group’s latest deals, a flip featuring a hip 78704 home which will be moved to a new lot.

The TV show’s producers will visit the Austin–based team at least twice more to film the house move as well as the final rehab. Friday's taping focused on the project plan and the partners involved.

This is the second time that Copeland Group Buyer Specialist Justine Smith has been featured on Flip That House, “It’s such an honor to be recognized as a top real estate investor on Flip That House All-Stars”, said Justine. “I’ve had such positive feedback from the first show.”

Smith’s client in the latest episode is Thuy Phan, a private lender and investor. “I enjoy working with the Copeland Group because they’re real estate investment experts you can trust. I hope to continue building lifelong partnerships with investors,” said Phan.

The episode will be part of TLC’s Flip That House All-Star series week. The show normally features two real estate investors in 15-minute segments, but they will bring back five of their favorite flippers for the All-Star series. Each all-star flipper has a full half-hour show dedicated to their latest project. Dates for screening the series have yet to be announced.
