Let me tell you my experience in the past month since I began the 10/10/20. Ralph Roberts introduce me to this simple yet effective way of getting known in my community. Every time I list or sell a house I knock on 10 doors to the left and right and 20 across the street handing out my postcard with a hand written note letting the neighbors know that I have listed or sold their neighbors home. If it is my buyer I sold a house to I will take a picture of them and on the postcard I would put the picture introducing the neighborhood to their new neighbors. The response has been fantastic. I have listed and sold a house and booked 2 listing appointments. The people who are home when I go to the door are very impressed as no other realtor in my community does this and the sellers love it and see how hard I work.

Domenic, What an excellent idea !  Thanks so much for sharing this. I am going to begin doing that here (I have bookmarked your post since I am inbetween appointments and want to read it again later when I get home).
