Harry, I hope you are enjoying the holidays in Phoenix. I'm at my Mom's in Wyoming. We have over a foot of snow and it is snowing hard right now -- definitely a white Christmas.

Judi, I'm glad that you stopped by. We put the first listing on hold. There is just too much involved for the bankruptcy court and they want to hold off. Meanwhile, I have another great listing that has been referred and I am trying to work it jointly with another ActiveRain agent in Cabo. My Mom's house is starting to actually feel like a house. I really do need to do a couple of posts on it or at least send you some photos. I'll definitely do something in the coming week. Santa treated me very well. Hope he brought everything for you all. ~ Gary

Marney, I'm glad that you liked the cat nativity set. My Mom gave it to me a couple of years ago and I've always thought it was cute. The other day, I got to thinking that it would make a fun Chritmas photo and had a lot of fun posing the figures and experimenting with flash and backgrounds. Jon, It may be cool to sell the properties in Latin America --- but I like it because it is warm. I am at my Mom's in Wyoming and the temperatures at night have been averaging about -7F. I hope you have a happy and prosperous 2010 and beyond.

GARY : I love your cat natvity, It is something that I have never seem I really like it. ThEy should do one with dogS, too.
Kathleen, My Mom collects nativity sets and I have seen a lot of interesting ones. I bet they do have one with dogs. I'll have to search online sometime. I did see several with moose -- they were really cute, too. Have a Happy and Prosperous New Year.
