Inventory of Homes for Sale in the Glen Lakes Golf and Country Club Community only decreased by one this month.  Two homes in Glen Lakes sold in November with no homes remaining under contract.  The list price range adjusted downward just slightly; however, average and median prices increased by a slight margin because the number of homes in inventory decreased.

Sold 2:  $250,000 was the sales price for a 3 bedroom, 3 bath pool home also with a two car garage.  This   home was built in 1993 and has 2649 living square foot.  This also was a standard sale with cash financing.  List price at sale was $249,000.
