Relocating to a new area is both exciting and challenging. There are so many components to a move and certainly finding a house to call home is crucial in the process.  I specialize in helping you  find that one house that says Welcome Home!

Feel free to browse the homes that are currently listed on the MLS.  This is a great place to start!  You will get a feel for the prices and homes available.  You can also begin to acquaint yourself with the area.

You are also welcome to check out my local blog which includes market reports, great localism pieces and just plain fun posts so you can get to know me better.

After you find a few potential candidates, we can begin right from where you are!  I would be happy to send you additional information on the homes as well as begin an ongoing conversation on what you are looking for.  Then we can narrow down the best candidates and set up a tour for you to see these homes on your next visit.

Moscow has a wonderful sense of community that is unique.

Of course,  the University of Idaho has a  great sense of pride in many areas which include the education department, the athletics program and a music department world renown for it's Jazz Festival.

But there are many other things that makes Moscow a unique living experience.  There is a wonderful Farmer's Market held on Saturday's during market season where you can browse among many wares including fresh fruit and vegetables...many of which are organic!

Many area residents  also enjoy Rendezvous in the Park.  It is a community wide event!

And yes, we have shopping at our Palouse Empire Mall or the Eastside Market.

Fortunately for us we are home to an abundance of wildlife with our beautiful Moscow Mountains.  Many love hiking and riding it's trails!  And we are the gateway to more activities than you can imagine!

So if you are thinking of moving to Moscow and looking for a house to call home.  I would love to welcome you home!

Hi Lori,  I may have some clients relocating to Idaho & their areas of interest are Moscow & Lewiston.  Do you service both areas or is there a great distance between those areas?
