As 2009 draws to a close it's natural to look back at how the year passed.  Most everyone will agree that 2009 was a very tough economic year for nearly everyone.  Jobs have been lost, hours cut back, while things we pay for have increased.  Everyone has felt the stress of the economic decline this past year.

As we look forward to 2010 there is uncertainty but also anticipation that things will improve with the economy.

My greatest concern is the hold back from the banks that in our area has been for 4 months will result in a huge influx of foreclosed homes hitting the market in the next 2-3 months.  This will push the regular market way back.
