River Rim

River Rim is a nice subdivision in southwest Bend off of Brookswood Boulevard that is adjacent to the Deschutes River canyon.  There are a variety of home builders there:  Hayden, Hendrickson, Schumacher to name a few.  The neighborhood has a large meadow, a community park, and a shopping center that appears near completion.  It is also close to the river trails.  I currently have a listing there for an impeccably mainted single level Hendrickson home near the meadow that is competitively priced and it is not a short sale.  It is a very desirable place to live.
