Swansea Massachusetts Single Family Market Report - Year to Date (11/30/2009)

There were 106 Swansea MA real estate homes sold YTD in 2009 with an average sales price of $252,477 and an average days on market (DOM) of 170. The selling range was a low of $53,000 and a high of $580,000. As of November 30, there were 92 homes active on the market with an average list price of $332,549, and an average DOM of 187.  There were 16 homes under contract with an average price of $246,909 and an average DOM of 202.
