Annadale home prices statistics 09/01/09 through 12/28/09

The real estate market is still a down market in Annandale.

Based on recorded sale on the Staten Island Multiple listing, here are the statistics for home prices: As of 09/01/09 through 12/28/09 there were 49 homes sold. Median Price of the homes in Annandale is $440,147 and the median price per Sq.Ft. is $252.88. Compare to the same time last year, The number of homes sold were 48. Median home prices in Annandale from 09/01/08 trough 12/28/08 $467,967 and price per Sq. Ft. was $263.65
