The Beaumont Hotel In Ouray Colorado

The Beaumont Hotel, masterfully restored, in Ouray is now being offered for $4.8million. The King's bought the hotel after it had been abandoned for over 30 years. It has recieved numerous state and national awards. They have since spent over $8million in renovations and have made the structure one of the most beautiful hotels in Colorado. After owning the hotel for more than five years the King's are moving back to California and looking to pass the torch on to a new owner.
