Sandi, of course you're living in the wrong state!!  j/k

The thing people need to understand is that this is priced like this because it's in one of the eastern suburbs of Dallas, not in one of the main "popular" suburbs of Dallas. This same house in Richardson or Plano or Frisco, or other areas, would be well over $225k.  Since it's in Sachse, which is an extra 10 minutes east, yes, I said 10 minutes (not far, huh?) it gets a lower price because those 10 minutes are important.

Wow, sure wish my son was ready to buy!  Incredible deal!!!  I'm not sure where Sachse is, but with just 10 minutes added on to the commute it can't be bad!

Hi Chris,

Sachse is just NE of Richardson down Renner or just North of Garland up 78.  That's where I bought my first house because it was only 1 1/2 years old for $135k for almost 2000 sqft 4/2/2.  Many great deals out there!
