There is no secret Robert. Your post is very misleading. A Buyer's agent represents a buyer at NO cost. All commisions for both buyer and seller are paid from the sellers' listing contract with a broker. There is no such thing as a real estate rebate. If your company offers a "rebate" that is one thing. These homes are probably your listings in order to give a "rebate".

Hello Jason. You are mistaken. There is in fact, such a thing as real estate rebate. The Department of Justice has ruled that Brokers can rebate their commission to their clients. Read the facts for yourself at the following link:DOJ on Real Estate Rebates. Rebates are legal in all but 11 States. As a matter of fact, I have already worked with buyers in Pennsylvania and helped them save thousands.
