Home prices rose for the fifth consectutive month in October.  This is good news for people that need to sell their homes.

11 of 20 metro areas showed an increase, but that is better than things have been so I say WOW.

The Standard & Poor's/Case-Shiller home price index released Tuesday edged up 0.4 percent to a seasonally adjusted reading of 145.36 in October, this was from the AP.

Dallas was flat while Tampa and Chicago had the biggest declines.
