12 Comments on A Rear End For Every Seat
I still have a "quirky" property available. It will take just the right buyer, and I'm sure one day that buyer will come along. I've done everything I can think of to market the property... and the price is great! Waiting for the rear!
Dorie...love the quote. May even print it out and post it over my desk.
I don't know if you remember me or not...but I practiced real estate in Austin for close to 16 years with the last 8 being an on site agent with Newmark then Jimmy Jacobs. I am down in San Antonio now selling log homes. If you ever have folks that want to build one anywhere...give me a call. I can sell anywhere and we pay realtors. We have builders from coast to coast.
Best wishes for a prosperous 2010!
This should be required reading for every seller who ever started to get antsy as to why their house isn't selling.
Well done Dorie!
I've heard other "versions" of this line....like yours the best!
What a cute post! Quirky takes longer to sell usually.
Hi Marge,
It will rear it's head! Just might take a while!
Hi Claire,
Glad to hear from you..hope you are enjoying San Antonio! Good to hear you liked the post and will keep you in mind!
Hi Craig,
That would be a great idea! Thanks for stopping by.
Kristen,
Glad you like this one! I really laughed when she told me that one.
Hi Ricki,
You have that right..unless the buyer comes along right away and just happens upon it it could take awhile to find the right buyer but it will happen!
Dorie - nice post! In the car business the saying is nearly the same but just more crude! Quirky homes need lots of traffic to get them to sell and these days traffic is just plain ole down in most areas. Lets hope 2010 gets more people back in the saddle again!
Brian.
Hi Brian,
I believe you will see more get back in the saddle again although they want a cautious ride and you will need to be attentive to their needs.
