Neal, I always take a look at th different market reports that people here on ActiveRain Post. It is a real eye opener to see how the prices and market condition change from one are of the country to the other.

Thanks for your comment here...I am surprised many agents out side this area would be interested in our market...but I guess it is always good to know if you refer clients here or are planning to move or purchase property.

Neal, that is a good reason, but for me I just like knowing what other areas of the country are doing, and this is a great way to keep up with that.

These two areas are key for me as we live in one of the areas currently and used to live in the other as well... so I am pretty familiar with the homes.
