Mike. Isn't it the truth. I sent a buyer to my partner in Stafford today looking in the $400K range. The buyers is shocked that he can get the lovely homes in that price today.

I surely wish I were home shopping today. Sadly, I'm not. I bought in 2005. Eeeeekkkkk.
