Well we are at the end of 2009 and we are seemingly in a shortage of Livonia Michigan Homes and Houses for sale!!!!! We actually have demand for the houses and can't find the inventory to sell the potential new home buyers, I know it's hard to believe. We are very excited about the fact that many are now looking to buy a home but are left here scratching our heads wondering are we in a market turnaround??? Many say not just yet but if you are one of the many looking for a house for sale in our area you may beg to differ.
