Most generation X and Y consumers use the tools of the 21st century that have been hitting the market as fast as many Realtors can keep up.

Marketing homes has also changed for the better with Social Media Tools, Blogs, Virtual Flyers and syndication of listings to numerous portals available to the e-Consumer. Here's an example below.

Very true!  I have seen signs out here on the property in lieu of flyers "Text for info"  when you do you get a link with pictures and everything you wanted to know about property Selling agent captures your phone number
