Riverstone

Riverstone is a neighborhood tucked away at the base of Awbrey Butte near the Deschutes River in northwest Bend. It consists of single family homes built mainly by Monticello Homes. The neighborhood is close to parks and river trails and close to good swimming hole on the Deschutes. The current market conditions allow for some real bargains in Riverstone and the surrounding subidivisions of Veranda Glen and Prospect Pines. I currently have a good listing in Riverstone for a three bedroom home for $165,000. It is a short sale. Rivrstone can be accessed off of OB Riley Road or Archie Briggs Rd.
