Today's Rates     30-yr Fixed Conforming 5.375         30-yr Fixed Conforming Jumbo 6.125         15-yr Fixed Conforming 4.75

Mortgage rates have crept up from their lows of the last few weeks, but they still are very good rates.  Combine that with the Federal Tax Credit, and it's still a great recipe for home ownership.
