Denver Metro Homes Fare Best

In today's issue of The Denver Post, writer Margaret Jackson presented the results of a 20-city survey comparing October, 2009 with the same month in 2008.  According to the Case-Shiller Home Price Index, compared to an average decline of 7.3 percent nationwide, Denver prices were down .04 percent.
