  • Tech Savvy:  Ask agents there ability to utilize the Internet?  Over 75% of buyers use the Internet when searching for a new home.  How are documents prepared, are you seeing them hand written, etc.?
  • Cost:  What are the possible hidden costs that can occur throughout the process?
  • Offers:  How can I tell a good offer from a bad one?

  • References: Can you provide references to review your service?  Confirm they are Realtors®.
  • Goals:  How will you help us find our new home and how does it benefit us to use you to sell and buy?
  • Communication:  How will you report back to us activity on the home/process?

Kelly, I would like to suggest that another reference-related question would be: how many transactions have you handled and may I contact some of them?  Did I miss that?

Thanks Jeff appreciate the feedback, I have down Get References, (I actually put a listing in my CMA's for them to contact) but the how many transactions have you handled leaves the newbies out which I don't like much since we were all one at one point.
