Hi and THANK-YOU for joining our (your!) group. I created this group specifically to meet all the REP's in the Clark County area and to see if we could not assist each other through networking, blogging and just chatting about the area and local events.

This will be a great forum for:

Real Estate Agents to post any open houses or new listings for other agents in the area to see.
Vendors (such as Home Stagers and Inspectors) to post any information on their services and/or discounts for local agents / brokers.
Mortgage Brokers to post information on the day's rates and the state of the market
General chit-chat about the market and brainstorming on how to improve all of our overall businesses!

Let's make the Clark County group an example of neighbor-ly blogging and outstanding colleague assistance!

No river views, but a beautiful house on the golf course. You may recognize the photo of the exterior of the home from the May 2007 cover issue of the Columbian Home Book.

Hello Deirdre,

Thanks for setting this group and and sending out the invitations. I'm still working my way through how AR works, and now see that it is beneficial to the initial Blog poster and the commenter to have comments posted; thus, I'll be more proactive in commenting on posts to this group.

I'd also note that like you, when I log onto AR, the top agent for Washington, Rich Jacobsen, appears on the sign in page. This guy's prolific Blogging AND commenting, as well as the comments on his Blog posts, have resulted in his AR Blog being recognized by Google as a PR of 4!!! AR Blogging can work for us like it is working for Rich.
