Well, here it is.  The last day of 2009.

The last day of the last year of the first decade of the new century/millennium.

Of course, if you are a mathematical purist, the last day of the decade will be December 31, 2010. Not December 31, 2009.  http://www.theledger.com/article/20091230/NEWS/912305003/1021

I'm in the pragmatic camp, and I am quite happy to celebrate both dates.

This is an interesting thing to do:

Visit the blogs of some of your favorite Active Rain members.  In their archives list, click on December 2008, look for posts written on or about December 31, 2008, and reflect on where we all were at this time last year, how much has happened, where we've been and where we're headed.....

Some great things happened in 2009 for me, but mostly I think 2009 turned out to be a bit dysfunctional, and I am not sorry to see it go.  :-)

May everyone's 2010 be blessed with health, prosperity and great joy.

P.S.  Don't forget, making tonight even a little more magical,  there is a BLUE MOON tonight

Caution: CAT BLOG AHEAD

Including random thoughts on life, art, business, stuff, and occasionally Real Estate.

What is a CAT BLOG?

According to Seth Godin: "Cat blogs are for, by, and about the person blogging. A cat blog is about your cat and your dating travails and your boss and whatever else you feel like sharing in your public diary." Well, I am the boss, my dating years are behind me, but I do love my cats.

Enjoy!
