The YEAR has come and now it's gone and I couldn't be more excited about welcoming in 2010! Bring it on!!!

But before I go into the Yearly Lake Arrowhead Sales Reports, let me tell you just a little about my year.

During 2009, I made a few business decisions (had too); two of them meant changing companies. One company had to shut its doors, the other just wasn't the right fit for me. SO, in the latter part of summer I made a HUGE decision to join RE/MAX Lakeside in Lake Arrowhead's Blue Jay area. And I KNOW it was the best business decision I've made in years.  Since being here, from day one, I've had the hands on encouragement and help that is necessary for a Realtor to grow and survive. I am constantly getting leads from RE/MAX's Internet Presence, and even though I don't count on them, I've had tons of walk ins.  I can truly say that this has been the BEST year for sales for me in a long time. Thank you RE/MAX Lakeside!

I feel 2010 is going to be one of the best for our industry that we've had in years... one of those"gut feelings" I get.  :-)    We are ALL seeing a change in our market with less inventory (here anyway) and buyers seriously looking to purchase.  I see interest rates beginning to edge up, which generally makes buyers think a tad faster about putting pen to paper!

Okay, enough of me :-)  Now on to the Real Estate Market Report for Lake Arrowhead for the entire year of 2009.
