16 Comments on Commercial Property Market Report - Prince William County - December 2009
Hi Michael:
Let's hope that commercial real estate picks up drastically in 2010.
Have a Healthy & Happy New Year.
Hi Toula: That makes two of us. Thanks and the same to you.
You have quite a few zoning classifications over there. We have maybe four here.
Russel: Thanks for your comment and the visit. Best wishes to you.
Michael - Is amazing how slow the commerical market is in some areas. We have some areas where we are where a lot (even low price ones) have not sold in in the last 6 or 12 months. I think it is just a matter of time though. Good luck in your market !
Christopher and Stephanie: Sales are far a few in between in 2009. Hopefully 2020 will be a better year. Thanks for the visit.
HI THERE MICHAEL! Well - I was hoping to see some in the SOLD columns - but that's OK! The only place it can go from here is up and I am wishing you some good luck this month! -- Gabrielle
Hi Gabrielle: Thank you for your good wishes. Here's wishing you the same.
This is a good market report. Hope there will be some in SOLD column next month.good luck.
Gita: Thank you for your well wishes. Hopefully things will turn around.
Hi Michael, Commerical property sales in Larimer County were off last year about 56% from the previous year, is it about the same in your area? I hope they will turn around soon.
Mary: The last two years have been pretty lean here for sales. Hopefully, it will get better in 2010. Thanks for stopping by.
Michael,
More great information. Anyone wanting commercial property in your area, should definitely call you!
Judi: Thank you, your comments are always appreciated.
Wishing you well in 2010. Here in the Silicon Valley, there are lots of vacancies in the commercial market. My friend and colleague at Grubb & Ellis expects it to remain very challenging. Perhaps, like residential, markets are local?
Lottie: There are a lot of vacancies here also. I'm sure it will be a challenging year, but not as challenging as las year. Thanks for the visit.
