I'm pleased to say that I just completed my SFR Designation, NAR's newest designation! And what a timely addition to my resources and tools. In 2009 we saw more short sales and foreclosures than at any other time in our history here on Long Island, NY. I feel equipped to handle the business that lies ahead in 2010 as we work through the challenges in our industry and help get the US economy back on track.
I plan to cultivate the relationships I have made throughout the housing industry including the housing counseling agencies and assistance programs to see how I can be of service. Even if it's just to lend my expertise to someone who's unsure where to turn for the help they need. We all need to share our knowledge and lend a hand if we are going to make a difference in the next twelve months. I plan on being a part of the solution, how about you?
