Happy New Year! What a great way to start 2010. A sucessful showing on a listing, a good inspection on a foreclosure, and.... I am at my daughters house, her water broke and we are waiting! If no labor pains by 6 am they will induce. It is going to be a long and wonderful night!

Thank you everyone. Yes indeed, a wonderful day, this should kick start 2010 in the right direction for sure! We have a healthy baby boy, names Lucius Xavier Bryant, 7.26 pounds, 20.25 inches, born 1.1.10 at 13:13 pm. Isn't he cute? He was the first baby of the year in New Milford!
