Happy New Year to all!!  My wish is for all your dreams to come true in 2010.

      Real estate was turned on it's head in 2009.  While there was much flux in the real estate market we can look to the future for more normal market conditions.

      My prediction for 2010 is the real estate market will level and strengthen towards the end of the year with 2011 improving also.  The Fair Market Value (FMV) has adjusted to the local market conditions, so sellers must adjust too.

      Here in Texas, 2009 saw the prices fall some with an increase in foreclosures, relecting conditions in the majority of the country.  San Antonio, while affected as well, is far better off than most.

      My goal is to always provide useful information to everyone regarding real estate.  Please review the Housing Trends information and see the latest in the housing market.
