Major Exhibit and IMAX Film about Star Wars is in Fort Worth, Texas

If you are an R2-D2 or C-3PO fan you may want to go check out the Star Wars universe at the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History.  It runs through September 3rd.  They have a lot of artifacts from the films, video interviews of the engineers, filmakers, etc. and also a section called "Getting Around" where you can see how vehicles move without touching the ground.  Then they have robots, real-world robots and you can experience the sensation of levitiation by riding on a personal hovercraft......that sounds fun!

Sounds great. I am a major Star Wars fan but it's a little too far for me. It makes me happy to see Star Wars continues to be so popular.

My son was a Star Wars junkie as a young boy.  We bought all the toys.  Re-visiting the memorobilia would certainly be a treat.  Thanks

OK, that being said "IT WAS AWESOME" it came here to Portland last year and it was a must see! That is if you're a Star Wars fan. I geek-ed out while I was there!
