Ocean View Homes and Trump National Too--All in a Day's Work in Palos Verdes

If the first weekend of 2010 is a bellweather of things to come, I think I'm going to have a great time during the next twelve months.  Saturday morning will find me writing emails to escrow in preparation for an early January closing and removing inspection contingencies for another upcoming closing.

Saturday afternoon I will be part of the team holding Donald Trump's Trump National Estates open to the public from 1:00 to 4:00pm.  I'm honored to be included in this hand-picked team.  The homes feature ocean bluff top views and are priced from $3,400,000 and up.  You're invited to stop by and see the changes and take advantage of the lower prices.  Mr. Trump made it clear he wants to move his project forward in 2010. Sunday morning I will show ocean view homes to an out of the area couple searching for a second home.  I have a few beauties to show them and what better way to spend Sunday morning than feasting our eyes on the stunning ocean views offered on the Palos Verdes Peninsula?
