Happy holidays to you. Now that we are eating a few leftovers, and enjoying some well deserved time off, what is our real estate market going to do?
In both Murrieta and Temecula real estate, you will see that some of the homes that were pulled off the market for the holidays, are coming back on the market. We do have a shortage of property on the market, at the moment this means the added properties will make it easier for you to get an offer accepted.
Considering the low inventory, there is a lot of competition for good properties, and you need a solid agent to get you into the one you want. If you are serious about buying, you need to make sure your agent is adequately equipped to assist you in writing an offer that will get accepted. And if you are selling, now is the time to ask yourself if you are receiving the level of service and exposure your property needs to get sold.
