Ok, so I wasn't in the CIA or Secret Service... But you'd think I was!

I have been a licensed Real Estate agent for nearly 18 years.  I'm not ashamed of what I do at all, I just never really talked about it.  Somehow, it always felt like panhandling.  Ok... I know, that is a slight exaggeration - but it's fairly close to the truth.

For me to list all the things I have learned (or re-learned I should say) since I have been in One on One Coaching with the Mike Ferry Organization would take more time than you or I have.

Mike Ferry said recently, if you are not contacting your Center of Influence and Past Clients, someone else is.  That got my attention.  But then I heard someone say " the prospect you just listed that was not in your Center of Influence was in someone elses.  They didn't stay in touch with them & now you have THEIR business".  WOW!

It's so true... when the student is ready, the teacher will appear.

So... By the way... Who do YOU know that is thinking of buying or selling real estate in the Las Vegas area in the next 7-10 days?  Would you mind if I gave them a call??

Although I am not in a mentoring program I was lucky to attend a Richard Robbins conference last year. It pointed out the same important points - which is stay in constant touch with your clients!

I am a firm believer that your SOI will deliver more than any advertising could ever do, provided you are in constant contact with them.

Diane:  He is a great mentor!  He is in my CD changer in my car - all 7 slots about expanding your thinking and other fabulous topics.  Mike goes with me on all my appointments.  It's a great comfort to know he's by my side cheering me on every step of the way!

Sue,  I have always battled with the notion of handing out my card to everyone I meet.  I do it but I also have times where I feel like I am panhandling.  Also, I don't know how it has been the last couple of years in the rest of the country but I hate when people in Las Vegas say "Youre a Loan Officer, you and everyone else!"  That really gets me steamed!

Steak:  I get that also.  But then I say, oh no... I didn't just jump on this bandwagon - I've been here for almost 18 years!

Sue, I am seriously considering to join One-on -One. There is nothing else out there that kicks my b... more than Mike's Ferry ideas. It is a scary idea to overcome - the $1000 per month commitment, however I know it is worth it. Could you share your experience with the couching?

First try Mike's productivity school...it's the Best Buy out there, less that $400 for four full days of Roll Playing, the first day is intimidating after that every thing falls into place..in your world of a Buyers Market Mike's program costs little to run, and will put Dollars in your Pocket in 90 days!

Cheers, have an aesome day!
