Well, if it isn't a glitch, I would start calling tomorrow!
Hi Gabrielle ~ I was just thinking a little while ago about how many expireds must have hit the MLS yesterday. That's a hefty number! I'm not even going to look until morning.

Maybe not. We always see a huge number of expireds on the first of the month.

Gabrielle, for some reason, many agents set up listings to expire at the end of the year. We've had a lot on Dec 31'st also.
How many of those expireds have you called? Coffee and the phone makes it happen for me
