Great Scott! Just wanted to use that in a sentence...really seriously. Isn't it amazing CNN, Leslie Stahl, CBS, etc. love to talk about the negative? It's like they're reporting about something as tragic as a traffic accident. Nice rebuttal! Keep it up and we'll drag this market kicking and screaming in the right direction!

I used to work at an audio / video retailer and one day decided to stop in a say hello to the people I used to work with. I spent about 2 hours catching up on old times - this was in early May. From that one visit I have closed one sale, have two sales scheduled to close in July and have one home I just listed - all from that 2 hour visit. No matter how bad the press says the market is, there are always people looking to buy or sell real estate - sometimes you just have to go out and find them. Keep a positive attitude and things just might fall into place.
