You’ll find colonial two-stories with traditional floor plans and cute ranches with open interiors in The Heathers. Exteriors are hardboard or vinyl with some brick fronts. Many have front porches for relaxing and enjoying the neighbors. Homes were built from the mid-1980s to the mid-1990s and range in size from 1500 square feet to almost 3000 square feet.
