Simple! Stop sitting in the office waiting for up calls that you wont get. Its time for you to get out there and start asking for business from your local community. Approach local stores, profesionals and family/friends. These are your go to people in this time of change

I recently met with one of the top real estate agents in the country - he said that he never wants to see his agents in the office - he wants them out playing golf, playing tennis, at the country club, etc. Be where the clients are!

It is such a simple thing too. Meet people, go where the business is, visit old clients, visit biz people in the community... minimal hrs in the office the rest out and hunting. If market times have slowed by 2 or 3X then your listings need to go up a similar amount to keep your income stream the same... besides; "busy hands are happy hands"!
