The number of homes for sale in Little Egg Harbor remained stable in Little Egg Harbor in December, 2009 with inventory standing at about 360 single family homes.  This includes adult community, condo and single family homes for sale in Little Egg Harbor.

Homes for sale in Little Egg Harbor that made it to the closing table decreased in December when compared to November.  There were 40 homes sold in November 2009, and the median sale price also decreased.  In November 2009 the median sold price of homes in Little Egg was $208,375.

Single family homes for sale in Little Egg Harbor range in price from  $99,600 for a bank owned 2 bedroom one bath home, with less than 1000 square feet of living space.  At the high end, you have a Little Egg Harbor waterfront home with 4 bedrooms 3 baths and 68 foot bulkhead.  This waterfront home is listed at $850,000 and is just 500 feet from the open bayand is located on Osborn Island in Little Egg Harbor.
