Sorry, this Speechless Sunday has some 'speech' to go along with it. As Paul Harvey used to say, the rest of the story. LOL. There are always exceptions.
Hanging out with friends and family at one too many Tiki bars enjoying the holidays, this was the best joke I heard. I am paraphrasing it best I can, and I think it came from the military ranks or a joke more guys relate to than the ladies.
The fellas were told the bar where they drank at was going to be busted up and be only 18" deep. Boo.
But with the new construction it was going to be 30 feet wide. WooHoo.
The new policy at the bar was going to be all patrons limited to one drink. Boo.
But the good news is the size of the drink is a bucket. WooHoo.
There were going to be bartenders that strictly enforced the hours the bar was open. Boo.
The bartenders were going to be barmaids. WooHoo.
The barmaids mandatory uniform was long dresses down to their ankles. Boo.
The dresses they wore were transparent. WooHoo....
I don't remember the rest of it as I think I was on glass of wine #4 at that point, but feel free to add verses if you know any, but
LIFE IS GOOD! Live each day fully. Love and laugh as much as you can fit in a day.
ENJOY!!!

Carole: The Tiki bar was in Florida. Sorry, I didn't mention that. Stay warm in NY!!
Gary - Anytime vacation is involved you would get a woo hoo from me. Of course, throw wine into the mix, and there might be a few more woo hoo's depending on the number of glasses. LOL Hope you have a wonderful vacation!!!
Gary, you are just way too funny! May this year have many more WooHoo's than Boo's!
OK I'll bite:
The weekend live entertainment was going to be the same every week...a local fellow named Mr. Clapton...and he played the spoons. Boo
Mr. Clapton's first name was Eric. WooHoo

Not much laughing lately for me, just hard work. Thanks for the reminder.
There's always two ways to look at something. Finding the benefit in what otherwise appears to be a drawback is a specialty of mine. Not that I work very hard at it; it seems to come naturally, for some goofy reason.
Buuut, there's a hole in the roof. Good time to put in a skylight.
The house is too small. Now you don't have to spend so much money on new furniture, there's less to clean and your utility bills will be smaller.
There is no dishwasher. What? You don't have a husband . . . <ducking and running>
This sounded like one of the Hee Haw skits..That's good not that's bad. lol
Great shot. Perfect place to spend a relaxing Sunday afternoon.
Gary it looks beautiful there! I guess in life, for every Boo there is always a WooHoo :-)
Gary,
After four glasses of wine, I would be asleep....
Happy New Year!

Gary, I love the water feature. Wait... is it water? Or, is it wine pouring?... lol
Gary,
Sounds like you have been having some fun.....WooHoo....
25 degrees here with a wind chill bringing the temp to 5. And that's all the words I'm going to expend on your photo. That and this ... "just cruel."
:-)
Life is good indeed especially on Fantasy (Gary) Island...
Woo Hoo! Would love a swim in the sunshine, but I'm in cozy 28 degree Idaho (Boo)..
The pool looks inviting Gary, especially this morning in Florida as we are having an unusual cold spell, in the low 40's this morning at my home.
Gary Woltal - A man who lives on the E D G E.... only one like him in the Rain!
Gary - You had a few drinks without me BOO. You've shown your fun side WooHoo.
Gary,
Pretty pool but I don't see too many takers. Must be cool there like it is here. :)
Steve
wish I were there!
