Our team is in an area near 2 large military bases as well as several large corporations that employ ooddles and ooddles of people ( is that a word?) Because of this and the fact that I prospect FSBO's and work our data base of almost 3000 contacts our team often has clients to refer.
When we get a referral I first look at our contacts we already have and see if there is an agent that is a good fit. These referrals are usually for buyers who are moving to another area and do not yet have any contacts there. Once in a while it is also some one who is in another area and they contact us regarding one of our listings here, but they do not yet have a realtor in their area to help them sell their home.
We want to send these leads to some one who will really take good care of them and know the area that they work in well. We do our best to send well qualified leads and we take a 25% referral fee. At the same time we like to get these types of referrals to our area and we will take good care of them for you!

Be sure to also write on our wall and say some thing like "Hey Team Momentum when you have a referral in the XXXXXX area I'd love to help" This way we can search our fan page when we do.
We get people here from anywhere, but especially from Seattle, Olympia, California, and near any of the other military bases in the states. If you live near these we may be able to help eachother!
