Once again, we see the under $300,000 dominating the market.  I believe this will continue to be the case as the first time home buyers are taking advantage of the home buyer tax credit.  It will be interesting and I must say a bit scary to see what will happen to the market once the credit expires.  If you are considering purchasing a home, now is the time.  There is speculation that interest rates will be rising soon.  Take advantage of this market now.
