Home sales in Silverdale, Poulsbo, Kingston and Bainbridge Island

Closings Dec 22-31, 2009

The market showed signs of improvement, especially in Bainbridge Island and Kingston. This is a good sign. The next two months will be a better indicator, of course. Interest rates should stay steady at least that long and the extended tax credit should help. Tomorrow: the year-end report.
