Well, our Body Sculpting Class at Casta del Sol, Mission Viejo, CA is starting up next week and I hope my cold is gone. It is the beginning of the new year and I don't want to miss even one class. We have had a two week break which is just about all the time I need to lose some of the muscle ,I have worked hard to get. I wasn't good because I promised myself that I would do exercises on my own, during the two weeks but I didn't. Our bodies lose muscle strength in thee weeks and it takes longer than that to replace it. My only concern is that the instructor is going to make me pay for being lazy. LOL I am planning on the fact that I'll be sore but it is a good feeling. Keeping up with the classes helps to maintain strength, flexibility, balance and our health. We have to be commited to a routine that we follow and too much time off doen't help us.
Those of you who haven't tried our class are encouraged to join the class starting Jan 12th at 8:30am to 9:30 Tuesdays and Thursdays. Price is $55 for residents and $60 for non-residents. We meet in the Vista room at Casta del Sol, Mission Viejo, CA
