I'll check it out. I heard of one agent who doens't take listings and works with a few buyers, and generates 6 figures just by referring out business. This sounds like a great site, and an opportunity for another income stream. Thanks for the info.

Thank you for pointing that out....I didn't think it could be perceived as that as it was built to support agents joining Keller Williams. There are a lot of REALTORS that use the site and have downloaded the FREE Tollbar because it is AZ specific to real estate. However, there have been many, many agents on the referral list that are not exclusively KW agents.

So to answer your question....yes it is a recruiting site.....although not exclusive and any agent that wants referrals is invited to register. Also, you are invited to download the toolbar.....it has all the ADRE forms, links to all national, state, county and city resources, coll stuff for clients, and FREE marketing sites to help facilitate success for AZ Realtors.

Where do I register.  I looked over the site but could not find a registration form.
