Dear Clients and Friends,
Home Ownership is a Blessing! Whether you are Buying, Selling or trying to save your home the early part of the year is a crucial time to set yourself up for success! I am here to assist you with any of your real estate needs! Buying a Home "Now" may be the "Best" Financial Decision you have ever made!
- First Time Buyers will receive up to $8,000 if in escrow by 4/30/2010 and escrow closes by 6/30/2010
- All Buyers (except 1st time buyers) will receive up to $6,500 if they have live in and owned their home for 5 of the past 8 years.
- Home Prices remain low.
- Interest Rates are at or near historic lows.
- Buyers should realize that a jump in interest rates will be costly and waiting could be an unwise decision.
- All signs show that this recession is in recovery mode , job losses are dropping and fear is that the recovery could cause inflation.
- Buyers with a low down payment need to watch the changes in FHA Financing. FHA is hoping to increase minimum down payments.
- The "Shadow Inventory" may be absorbed with the high buyer demand and Lender's choosing to Short Sale homes first.

- Be a true friend and start the conversation. Let those in a distressed home know that there is help.
- Let them know that a foreclosure is a permanent record and can come back to haunt them in many ways.
- Let them know that a home owner that sells via Short Sale will not have a foreclosure on their record.
- Let them know that they may be able to buy a home as soon as two years after the Short Sale.
