OK - we are about to embark on our first transaction using the DocuSign electronic signatures integrated with ZipForms.  Luckily, our test client is an IT guy, so they are looking forward to it.

DocuSign

Even if it goes as smoothly as possible, I don't know how easy it will be for the "average joe" client.

Anyone out there used this successfully - or unsuccessfully?

We tried it but had some difficulties with the software.  It was causing the browser to crash numerous times.  We contacted customer service but they weren't very responsive, I guess lots of business issue over there since the layoffs.  We switched to suredocs.com and it wroked great.

As a founder of this company, I wanted to follow up and see if I can help out.

This looks like a really old post, so hopefully you've solved the 'crashing' problems.  Unlike the other system mentioned above which is designed for loan officers and only specific documents, DocuSign enables Realtors to deal with their documents by connecting directly into the ZipForm/WinForm application, and other MLS solutions coast - coast.  What's more, the options for sending have expanded to include DocuSign Professional that will automatically learn all your document types and then apply the proper signatures for you on the fly. We have advanced the platform DRAMATICALLY since 2006!

Looking at the Real Estate Market, it appears that 99% of the users are thrilled with the DocuSign solution, and have been providing us feedback on a regular basis so that we deploy tools that help them close more business, save money on gas, and satisfy their customers.  However, I am still working on reaching that 1% to find out how I can help - so Suzanna - if there is anything I can help you with, please let me know.

even though this is an old thread, I came here looking for some advice. I cannot get the docu-sign web client installed on my computer. When I called Tech Support they told me to re-install IE7... I have updated and repaired IE7, and still have the same problem. I want to use Docusign, but have wasted the whole day on this problem. This is not good.
