Really and seriously cold! Jacksonville Florida could get snow!
I know! How amazing is that?
This year was the year we were going to take the kids to snow for Christmas. Did not happen (again). However, I was with the kids later in the day today and told them perhaps we'll get snow on Thursday night, and that whatever time--I will wake them up!
And I completely mean it!
There are only a few things or times in life that bring that 'woohooo' kind of gleam in the eye. Like when the buyer I am working with and negotiating on behalf of found her perfect house! There is skipping and that gleam in the eye. The one that says: this one is MINE! There is nothing like that feeling--and helping someone find that is the most satisfying.
So, when my kids get to skipping and get that gleam in their eye because we might get snow. In Florida. On Thursday. I will wake them up. I will go the extra mile. I will do all that I can do, because that is what makes me special. That is what makes me an agent worth having.
And, that is why, in this New Year I decided to move onto a team and become a buyer agent.
Focused. Dedicated. And becoming an expert in one area alone!
I am excited about this! And the future looks and feels bright!
