Angie, It is simply amazing to me that there are houses selling for less than $25000.

Hello Sybil, Gary and Connie Lou,
Yes there are some very good deals in MI. The only problem is some agents don't like to show homes under $50k and many lenders won't do loans under $50k... I have the lenders, I just need the calls...
