So, what's up in my life? Lack of time.

Who knew when I moved to North Idaho that I would wear so many hats. Let's see, here's my life:

Host of two radio shows - North Idaho Business and North Idaho Arts & Adventure.

REALTOR® for Tomlinson Sandpoint Sotheby's International Realty. Had two closings in the last two weeks.

Just finishing organizing the Sandpoint Winter Carnival. Among the different tasks for the Carnival has been organizing the Winter ArtTrek: over 80 artists at 17 locations, including map, website, and advertising. See this year's schedule at www.SandpointWinterCarnival.com and check out last year's successful event plus pics and videos at www.SandpointWinterCarnival.org

We are also creating two new events as part of the Sandpoint Winter Carnival and Sandpoint Mardi Gras: Shop Around Sandpoint and Dine Around Sandpoint. Learn more at www.DineAroundSandpoint.com

Dine Around Sandpoint is a collaborative between Mel Dick, former CFO of Coldwater Creek and owner of 41 South, and myself. In all of these we have worked with great teams and individuals, but I am very proud of my contributions, which have included creating websites, advertising, brochures, organizing people, events, planning, etc.

The idea is to take good, fun events that draw in people and tourists, and get them into the shops, retailers, and restaurants. After all, what good does it do our community for people to come and drain services if we can't capitalize on getting them to leave a few of their dollars behind.

I also manage my best bud's restaurant - Dish Home Cooking - on weekends. Voted Sandpoint's best new restaurant, Dish will be featured in an upcoming article in Country Living magazine.

Guess I am also getting good press. In the December issue of Where to Retire magazine, a six-page article on Sandpoint had about a page and a half about me. Not bad.

Finally, I run over sixty websites, several of which are community sites providing hundreds of pages of area info, guides, pics, etc.

I was asked by a girl if I really could have time to date. Guess I am busy, but I still find time to dance, go to dinner, and have a bunch of fun.

Life is good, and being busy is part of it. Maybe I'll slow down a little this year.

You always go to busy people to get things done.  You've got a very full life out in the wilderness.  Charlie Gantz, Greenwood, IN; J.D., M.B.A.; Owner/Principal Broker, Atlas Commercial Real Estate, LLC

It's great being a big fish in a small pond and you found the place. I can't say I have ever been to Northern Idaho but it sounds lovely!

Funny thing is, I go to great lengths to continue to be a small fish in this small pond. I guess I figure, the smaller the fish, the less likely of being eaten.
