Is Anyone COLD???

By
Real Estate Agent with Harry Norman Realtors 280064

Yesterday, Agent Caravan Day in our community, it was apparent that the weather kept many agents from venturing out into the cold.  I had clients coming back to look at more homes later in the evening, so I only had 3 hours of "warm time" inside my house before it was time to go back outside.

The good thing is, I was able to get them to place an offer on a house before they left.  Our jobs require us to work in any kind of weather.  We are like the Mail Carrier, we deliver in the rain, snow, sleet, and sunshine!!!!

Rosemarie, your right the temperature in New Orleans it's about 35. that is cold for us. I will make my second trip out in the weather in about an Hour. Think of it this way in 60 days it will be Spring and time to head down to the beach.

Yes,  In NJ it's below freezing today.  Waiting outside for the school bus to pick up my son today was freezing but that don't stop us from doing what needs to be done.

It is cold in South Jersey...and snowing.  I love to see the snow on the Beach.  It is hard showing homes in 45mph winds so some cold weather without the wind I can handle.

Professional treatment of our clients, brings awes

It has been winter here in the Rockies, even in the banana belt called Montrose. Headed to spring.
